Very comfortable fits pretty close if your on the edge between medium and large get the large

I love love love this top. The sleeves are just a TAD little short but it's not a major concern to me. It doesn't feel tight anywhere in the shoulders or chest area. The materials is super soft in the flannel and in the hood. I expect after a couple of washes this will break in really nicely and fit like a glove. I normally wear mediums in girls, smalls in mens. I got the US M and it's perfect.
